Instructions for use:

Step 1: Apply the paste from tube number one to your toothbrush and brush your teeth for one minute. The paste cleans your teeth, freshens your breath, and leaves a feeling of freshness. Spit out the paste, but do not rinse your teeth.

Step 2: Apply the gel from tube number two and brush your teeth for another minute, then rinse your teeth. This step is a whitening treatment that uses hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth.
Repeat this treatment twice daily, in the morning and evening, just like regular toothpaste. Simply brush your teeth for two minutes, one minute with each tube, without rinsing between the two steps.
